
Please understand house rules are intented to provide a clean, healthy, friendly, and safe environment, for you, the guests that follow you, and the community that you are staying in. We try to ensure the highest quality of your stay and deliver the greatest guest experience we can, and following the House Rules will help you and us with this endeavor. Thank You!
- NO SMOKING – Please do not smoke in house. All Guests agree to a smoking fee due at departure of $250 per person per day for the entire reservation booked.
- SHOES – Shoes are allowed but please be mindful of soiled, dirty shoes, or shoes leaving scuff marks by removing them at the door
- NO PARTIES – Please no parties without being pre-authorized by host, otherwise all Guests agree to pay Unauthorized party venue fee of $2,800 + $50 per guest (and are additionally fully responsible for any fines or fees levied by authorities)
- PETS – Well behaved pets may be allowed on the property with the host’s prior approval during booking; however, guests are financially responsible for all damage, extrodinary wear, or incidentals, caused by the pets during theirs stay.
- GUESTS – No more than 4 validated guest are allowed overnight. Additional guests without prior approval are $75 per nite.
- QUIET TIME –
- Please be quiet: 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Guest in violation agree reservation will be terminated and agree to leave immdiately upon notification.
- Guest financially responsible for any fines, fees or legal judgements assessed for community disturbance or any other violation associated with.
- Guests understand that loud noises after 5:00 P.M. that are discernable beyond property boundery is in violation of city ordinance and guest assume all responsibility for fees and liability for violation.
- VALIDATION – All persons staying at the property must be airbnb validated persons (or equivalent).
- APPLIANCE USE – Guest take full responsibility to learn proper operation of all applicances before using them, and agree to verify all applicances are turned off including all gas valves when done using them.
- HOLD OVER – Additional hold over stays are at 2x the reservation average daily rate without prior approval and at that time guests UNDERSTAND THEY ARE tresspassing on the property and should expect to be treated as such.
- PROBLEMS WITH YOUR STAY – Guest agree to notify the host or airbnb of any problems with the property, ameneties or stay: upon such notice the guests understand they authorize the host and host’s team to enter the property immediately to resolve any problems.
- CLEANING – Guest agrees to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition allowing the host to turn over the property to the next guest. However, if the property is not left in a reasonable condition, guest agree to provide at their own expense cleaning and repair fees required to allow new guests on time Check-in, or provide compensation to Host for new Guest’s alternative equivalent accomodations and reimburse host for lost reservation revenue accrued for the nightly rate until the house is again available for new Guests.
- HOUSE RULES – Guests agree to the termination of their reservation at the time of breaking any house rule and fully understand they are then tresspassing on the property and should be treated as such.
- FEES – Fees are assessed to maintain items lost, broken or damaged by guests. guest agree to pay all fees assessed within 48 hours of notification by the host to help maintain the same level of experience they have had for future guests. There is a $285.00 replacement fee for each remote lost, broken, or stolen at the time of checkout.
- ILLEGAL ACTIVITY – Guests understand they will not engage, allow, or willfully witness any illegal activity on the property as sole inhabitants for their stay. Guests assume all criminal and financial responsibility of such liability: holding the Host harmless through their own deliberate deception, by intentionally misrepresenting the purpose of their stay.
- UNDERSTAND NOTICE OF OCCUPANCY DISCLOSURE –
- Adults need to maintain close supervision of their children and pets at all times to ensure their safety, and prevent injury or harm. Loft/Deck railing may allow children’s head to be caught– please be cautious.
- The house is located in a mountain environment. So, wild animals, reptiles, and insects could be encountered at any time, and it’s the Guest’s responsibility to take appropriate precautions to protect themselves, children, visitors, and pets from such possible encounters. Some examples of animals/insects that have been reported on the property, but not limited to, are: Javelina Pigs, Elk, Deer, snakes (rattle snakes), and centipedes.
- The mountain terrain can be treacherous, unstable, narrow, unleveled, and many pathways could pose risks for those not careful or familiar with traversing such terrain – appropriate caution should be considered.These risks are intensified during bad weather and when icy or wet conditions remain.
