Ecobee thermostat automatically keeps house temperatures between 70 deg. and 79 deg along with the Ecobee room sensors. You can raise the lower temperature or drop the upper temperature to provide temperatures in your comfort range; however, the thermostat will limit the spread between high and low temperatures by 5 degrees. Simply touch and slide the temperature you would like to change on the sliding scale located on the right side of the thermostat.
Wall mounted Ecobee temperature sensors help maintain more even temperatures throughout house (located in loft and ground floor).

The loft heat pump can heat or cool the main floor to keep temperatures perfect for you. The Gree Vireo+ remote control allows heating, cooling, fan, dehumidification or Auto modes. See the remote manual for details in operating the system.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER LOCATIONS
There is a fire extinguisher on each floor, please make note of their locations.
The fire extinguisher on the Main Floor is located in the panty next to the refridgerator.The fire extinguisher in the loft is located at the back east wall.
The fire extinguisher for the ground floor is in the laundry room.
KWIKSET HALO Door Lock
Halo Smart Lock is simple to use. Simply enter the temporary code you received after booking Alpine House for your stay to unlock the door. When you leave simply touch the lock symbol on top of the number pad to lock the door. The lock also has a 5 minute timer before it locks automatically.
Kitchen
Pots and Pans are stored in cabinet by front door, under the coffee bar.
Detergents are stored in the left cabinet above the washer.
Complimentary coffee/tea bar.
Air filter circulates air automatically on a regular interval in the early morning hours (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday around 2-3 AM), also the Robot Vacuum begins cleaning with an audible verbal anouncement (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday around 1:40PM).
Kitchen item locations are labeled to help relocate items that are depleted (please replace the items into their designated locations).
The Main Floor Robot Vacuum does not have a cleaning schedule, but it’s cleaning function can be initiated with the remote or by pushing the “Clean” button when it is fully charged (indicated with a blue light, charging mode is indicated with a fuchsia color)
